'GAY' BULL SPURNS COW GROUP-SEX OPPORTUNITY

DAILY STAR SUNDAY
ABOVE: Frazzle the gay bull ran away when he was propositioned by 50 randy cows
“
As soon as he got here and was surrounded by the ladies he was totally shell-shocked

THE owners of a £3,000 bull feared he was GAY – after he snubbed the advances of 50 sex-starved cows.

One-tonne virgin Frazzle was bought by bosses at Acorn Dairy with the sole intention of extending the herd.

But on arrival at the dairy’s farm in Darlington, Co Durham, two-year-old Frazzle ran off when the gang of frisky females charged over to see him.

And, instead of coming to his senses and realising that his luck was in, he was found cowering in a corner.

It took two days for him to finally begin to show any interest in the opposite sex.

Now dairy bosses are hoping that he’s going to make up for lost time once he gets over his fears.

Caroline Tweddle, director at Acorn Dairy, said: “We were beginning to wonder whether he actually liked the ladies!

“It was a bit worrying. My brother had actually gone up to the Borders and had chosen him from a group of bulls. He’s a pedigree Aberdeen Angus…a really fine bull.

“But as soon as he got here and was surrounded by the ladies he was totally shell-shocked.”

Now there are hopes Frazzle will sire up to 100 calves a year for the organic milk firm – like his predecessor, a randy bull called Gertacio.

Caroline said: “If he’s anything like our previous bull he could be enjoying it for many years to come.

“Gertacio lasted until he was 16, so Frazzle has a long way to go!”
