SWEEP OUT THE FATCATS

TOWN Hall chiefs want to cut 200,000 front-line jobs to save money.

This cannot be allowed. If money has to be saved then it’s the highly-paid penpushers at the top of the tree who must be culled.

Billions are wasted each year on an army of fatcat managers in non-jobs. Many earn more than the Prime Minister.

But with titles like Aspiration Strategy Manager you’d be hard pressed to work out what many actually do.

We must banish them and protect those front-line workers who actually graft hard.

Road sweepers, library staff, bin- men and social workers.

These are the people who really make an impact on our daily lives.
